in MP3 format (see below). These are fairly large files ranging from
about 5 MB to 15 MB. in size, so please be patient while they download.
Suggestions for Listening
If possible listen to one of the CD's while receiving bodywork, massage or take a long hot essential oil bath. Let the mantras work on alignment of the subtle bodies and chakras. Ask your guides and teachers to be present with you and open up to the HEALING! Lots of Energy present!

Song writing is a magical process that flows spontaneously when ever and were ever. I started writing the song Shambala when I was working out at the gym. I came home and wrote out the beginning lines and picked up my guitar and sang out of nowhere the name "Shambala" then, to my surprise, the mantra followed.
Concerning the quality of love and the heart in the pursuit of sound vibrational healing and activation, I will say that it occurs on three levels. Number one is the simplicity of the song and the casual listening. Two is the subtle sounds of the mantras in the songs - even the name of Jesus on "Harmony" raises the vibration. And number three is the listening with INTENTION to return to balance, to harmony, to Shambala.

Light on Creativity
The Light on Creativity CD was inspired by a dream in which I was being carried by a whale. I woke up dazed and amazed and feeling quite great. After a tasty cup of coffee I recorded all of the tracks for this CD plus several additional tracks for another CD, Light on Healing. About a week later I added 3 more tracks to the double cd project.
All of these tracks are instrumental only. Enjoy!
